support the execution of integrated digital campaigns and the development of scalable marketing systems.

This hybrid role sits at the intersection of search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing automation, combining strong technical capabilities with a strategic mindset. You wil be responsible for implementing GTM and UTM tracking, managing data integration into Salesforce CRM, supporting automated email campaigns, and improving organic visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical audits to improve site performance and rankings.
  • Optimize metadata, content, internal linking, and URL structures for search visibility.
  • Work closely with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all digital content.
  • Monitor SEO performance via tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Stay updated on search algorithm changes and recommend strategy adjustments as needed.

Marketing Automation & Tracking

  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking, form submissions, and user interactions.
  • Build and maintain UTM tracking frameworks to ensure accurate campaign attribution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data flows between web platforms, Salesforce CRM, and email marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce One).
  • Support the setup of automated workflows triggered by user behavior and CRM activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, development) to improve marketing funnel efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of hand-on experience in digital marketing automation and SEO
  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM tracking, and CRM/email platforms
  • Knowledgeable with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) techniques is a strong advantage
  • Experience integrating marketing automation workflows across platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and leadership teams
  • Passion for staying updated on MarTech trends, tools, and emerging technologies
