In this role, your mission is to drive liquidity and financial precision across GoTeam’s treasury operations.

You Will Make a Direct Impact By

• Leading cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• Managing and auditing all financial transactions and bank accounts
• Ensuring compliance with debt covenants and regulatory requirements
• Preparing and submitting reports to support borrowing and credit processes
• Supporting strategic decisions with timely financial insights
• Collaborating with internal teams and banking partners for smooth treasury operations
• Mentoring junior staff and recommending continuous improvements in treasury processes
  
  
  

This Role Is for You If…

Experience

• You have 5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or related fields
• Proven background in cash flow forecasting, debt management, and financial reporting
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Familiarity with asset-based lending, bank compliance, and ERP systems is a plus
  
  
  

Non-Negotiables

• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
