The primary role of this person is to be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating high-impact training programs that support both Home Credit CRM Telesales Transformation sales improvement and leadership development across the organization. This role ensures employees are equipped with the technical understanding of the company's offerings as well as the soft skills and leadership capabilities necessary for professional growth and team success.

What You’ll Do
- Conducts foundation, process, product, and other project-related training including New-Hire Training and Refresher Courses
- Monitors the performance of assigned project and works with the Manager and the Operations Support Group to identify learning needs
- Develops training modules or computer-based training for full training classes, pocket sessions and product/process updates
- Administers Training Needs Analysis, gathers and sends relevant data to determine performance gaps and recommend and/or implement best intervention.
- Manages the knowledge base tools and cascades
- Conducts Leadership & Personal Development Training
- Acts as a mentor to the other trainers.
- Al least 2-3 years of experience in training.
- Experienced in creating and implementing training needs analysis
- Experienced in creating curriculum and tracking the learning of employees.
- Excellent communication skills: English & Filipino.
- Advance expertise in MS Office especially in Excel & Power Point
- Basic knowledge in root cause analysis.
- Knowledge in Quality Checking
