Senior Team Lead, OP Test Operations

• Assisting the manager in planning, organizing, and controlling production activities to meet the required targets/KPIs. Assessing the work performance of team members and identifying areas that need improvement
• Real-time communication of issues affecting production KPIs to the support group to resolve the issues at an early stage.
• Relying information between their team members and upper management, guiding them through daily work activities and monitoring their performance to ensure maximum productivity.
• Prepares and generates reports as required by the superior.
• Support the company in all key indices on its cost reduction through full the utilization of available materials
• Conduct performance evaluations of subordinates.

• College Graduate or Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a semiconductor company.
• Expertise in leading Kaizen, CIP, Six Sigma, and other improvement initiatives, with strong knowledge of 8D, 5S, LEAN, 7QC tools, and Six Sigma methodologies.
