Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Metro Manila

Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Dayshift

Position Purpose

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will execute sourcing strategies for the organization. You will work closely with the Sourcing Supervisor to provide sourcing strategy input and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for the following across MicroSourcing & Beepo:

  • Execute various lead-generating activities to fulfill open requirements; strategies include innovative referral programs, university and industry partnerships, partnering with talent providers, and other non-traditional sourcing strategies; post job ads on different job portals; ensure accuracy and completeness of postings
  • Monitor applications submitted on all sourcing channels; collaborate with Recruitment Operations Management to ensure all leads are accounted for
  • Proactively pipeline talents and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans
  • Develops detailed project plan documentation to guide execution and identify dependencies; submits post-implementation evaluation reports to stakeholders
  • Prepares channel analysis reports
  • Attend recruiter calibration at least once a week and ensure alignment to client’s requirements
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the growth of organization

Qualifications And Typical Experience

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Have 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sourcing or talent acquisition.
  • Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be tech-savvy and capable of performing advanced Google searches.
  • Demonstrate strong project management, quantitative, and analytical skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is a plus.
