About the Role

KMC Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client requirements and provide strategic recruitment insights.
  • Partner with the Sourcing Team to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Create and post job advertisements aligned with company standards.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews (via video or in-person) to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Format resumes and prepare profile summaries for client endorsement.
  • Administer assessments and facilitate background checks as needed.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates on application status.
  • Maintain accurate records in recruitment databases and platforms.
  • Uphold KMC’s employer brand through professional interactions with clients and candidates.
  • Lead client calibration meetings and manage expectations on timelines and deliverables.
  • Prepare salary guides and market insights for clients.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients regarding candidate status and hiring challenges.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of solid end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably for foreign clients or hiring managers.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Skilled in candidate profiling, interview techniques, offer negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms; understanding of technical job requirements is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple roles and adjust to changing priorities.
