The Senior Systems Administrator, APAC plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation and administration of IT systems that support the growth and integration of One Getz Healthcare across the Asia Pacific region. This regional position is responsible for maintaining user-friendly and scalable systems that enhance operational efficiency and provide tangible benefits to staff across 10 countries in Asia.
This role encompasses system configuration, customization and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with business objectives. The incumbent will provide expert guidance, training, and support to end users, on how to use our systems, fostering seamless adoption and governance of IT best practices. As a trusted technical leader, the candidate will drive compliance, innovation, and system effectiveness, ensuring that IT infrastructure remains secure, reliable, and adaptable to evolving business needs. This role requires a proactive, agile, and solutions-focused approach, with strong multitasking capabilities and a commitment to continuous learning. The Senior Systems Administrator, APAC is responsible for the administration and support of various IT systems used across 10 countries in Asia. This includes our Salesforce CRM system. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fun, fast-paced environment. Success depends on adaptability, independent thinking, and strong collaboration to ensure efficient operations across the APAC region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the configuration, design, administration and maintenance of Salesforce CRM. Providing support to Salesforce users across APAC.
- Customize and enhance Salesforce workflows, processes, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Oversee the daily administration, support and maintenance of other regional systems, which include but is not limited to systems such as Microsoft 365, Antivirus, HR, Expense claims, Online Learning Management and Field Service systems.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, security controls, and access configurations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Prepare and maintain data integrity through accurate file management and data loads.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and system-related issues across APAC.
- Directly operate the systems when necessary for key regional activities.
System Optimization & Governance
- Administer and manage system objects, field relationships, record types, workflow automation, list views, and reporting functions.
- Collaborate with business units to assess, test, implement, and support system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and governance frameworks.
- Stay informed on new system features (from Salesforce, Microsoft and other systems), proactively identifying enhancements and process efficiencies.
User Training & Support
- Conduct system training for new and existing users via online sessions, face-to-face workshops, and the Learning Portal.
- Guide end users on the best practices for Salesforce and other IT systems under management.
- Develop and maintain documentation to support onboarding, offboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing learning.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with third-party service providers and internal teams, including Integration and Marketing, to support system activities at a regional level.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for IT-related projects, ensuring system alignment with strategic business goals.
- Drive adoption and governance of best practices for IT systems across all countries.
Ad-hoc Support & Project Contributions
- Provide technical assistance on IT and non-IT projects led by the Integration and Marketing Team.
- Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on diverse responsibilities beyond system administration
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Mandatory Requirement).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Systems Administrator, with a strong track record of managing enterprise IT systems.
- Proven experience in the administration and optimization of CRM systems, HR systems, Learning Management Systems, and Service Systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across the APAC region.
- A collegiate approach to working within culturally diverse and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to fast-paced, evolving business needs.
- Experience with survey and email marketing platforms such as SurveyMonkey, MailChimp, or equivalent tools. Salesforce CRM and/or similar CRM systems.
- Familiarity with HR Systems, Expense Claim Systems, Online Learning Management Systems, and Technical Service Systems such as BambooHR, Zoho Expense, LearnUpon, OpenSesame, and SimPro.
- Strong understanding of system security, governance practices, and data integrity principles.
- Ability to stay current with system advancements and proactively explore process improvements and technology innovations.
