Senior Success Customer Manager

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee and drive customer success for our podcasting clients. This role will manage a portfolio of clients, including advertisers, sponsors, and brand partners, ensuring long-term relationships and successful campaign execution. The Senior CS Manager will lead the night team, ensuring high-quality customer service, optimizing ad placements, and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the night shift team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, including advertisers, sponsors, and brand partners, while fostering long-term relationships.
• Pitch and secure sponsorship deals for individual podcasts and the network as a whole.
• Ensure optimal ad placements and maximize ROI for sponsors within podcast episodes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, podcast hosts) to seamlessly execute and optimize sponsorship campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing with brands and agencies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to clients on ad effectiveness.
• Oversee podcast scheduling and coordinate with talents and hosts to ensure smooth operations.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, partnerships, or sponsorships, preferably in media, advertising, or podcasting.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for podcasting and digital media.
• Comfortable with a Graveyard (GY) shift and experience leading or managing a team.
