Senior Strategist

The Senior Strategist is responsible for creating highly strategic marketing & communication plans that integrate data, creativity, and technology for brands across different categories. They must be able to co-lead with internal teams the development of quality output that will gain client confidence in the agency’s capabilities.
The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.) Prepare the groundwork needed to craft Storyteching Briefs and other Strategy services, inclusive of:
- Analyzing secondary findings from competitive scans, social scans, industry studies, desk research, and GWI (Global Web Index dashboard for social media and digital metrics)
- Preparing interview guide and doing actual interviews when necessary
- Running data from GWI
- Strategic Implementation
- Consumer Insighting, Research, Trends, and Journey Mapping
- Industry and Business Awareness
2.) Manage day-to-day coordination with BUs on project timings and project requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business, Communication or Marketing and/or other related courses
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Marketing/Advertising/Strategy role or a proven track record in a similar position, working with a team in a similar or adjacent industry.
- Experience in handling large multinational and local brands.
- Has training in Technical Use of tools (research, analytics, social listening, etc.)
