What you will do:

• Quality management of BOM (Build of Material) supplier in compliance with Nexperia Backend requirement on material Quality and Reliability.
• Ensure that material specifications are setup up, communicated and organized
• Align quality requirements with foundries (new products/transfers)
• Ensure auditing of BOM suppliers and foundries including planning and execution of annual audit plan
• Management of CIP
• Define quality improvement programs for suppliers
• Follow up incidents and drive for structural improvements
  
  
  

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering, physics or chemistry.
• At least 5 years of experience in Semiconductor technologies, Quality methods, Manufacturing environment, Assembly / Test Engineering.
• Experience with Quality standards like ISO, IATF, AIAG and VDA.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Problem solving methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interfacing in teams.
• Able to cope with changing and challenging environment.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Team player.
