Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Support the end-to-end planning and rollout of internal and external campaigns.
- Consolidate and maintain project trackers, content calendars, and approval flows.
- Coordinate deliverables with creative and support teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Draft and refine campaign content such as articles, announcements, website copy, social media posts, and award submissions.
- Assist in preparing content for recruitment marketing, employer branding, and employee engagement efforts.
- Support the preparation of entries for external awards and recognitions in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct background research and content gathering for compelling submissions.
- Monitor communication channels (email, newsletter, internal digital boards, etc.) and prepare campaign performance reports.
- Provide analysis of reach, open/click rates, and engagement to improve future strategies.
- Assist in organizing team materials, folders, and campaign-related documents.
- Provide ad hoc project support to internal and external communications leads.

- Analytical Thinking : Able to interpret campaign data and provide insights to enhance communication impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a communications, marketing, or campaign coordination role
- Experience contributing to award submissions, proposals, or promotional campaigns is a plus
- Full-Time, Hybrid Setup
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Manila Time)
