Senior Social Worker

Senior Social Worker (SSW) undertakes planning, implementation and monitoring of aftercare programs and services. Reporting directly to Aftercare Program Director, s/he co-creates strategic design and policy to meet the needs of EverFree clients, and address gaps identified in program implementation. SSW provides supervision to Aftercare Social Workers to ensure work performance adheres to quality and ethical standards. Critical to the role is casework, supervision; and program coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision

• Offers leadership and mentorship to Aftercare Social Workers to ensure efficient performance which adheres to policies and procedures following organizational standard of care and professional ethical standards. Monitors performance and corrective guidance as needed.

Program Coordination

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Aftercare programs. Regularly provide feedback to the Aftercare Program Director and prepare comprehensive program reports.

Case Management

• Oversee client intake and assessments, facilitate goal-setting sessions, identify necessary interventions, and track client progress. Provide crisis support and ongoing counseling as required.

Program Support

• Support the implementation of new initiatives and participate in organizational activities

Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker with 5+ years of experience working with vulnerable populations.

• 3+ years of experience in case management; supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.

• Proven leadership and adherence to high ethical and professional standards.

• Passionate about Everfree Philippines’ mission.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
