Senior Social Media Manager

The Senior Social Media Manager will drive content planning and strategy that reflect HEPMIL IP’s unique voice. This role requires a sharp eye for emerging social media trends, proficiency in strategic content planning, and good community and social media management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content and Creator Trends: Monitor social media platforms to identify emerging content trends and prominent creators. Analyze content styles and trends to inform strategy and stay ahead in the digital landscape
• Community Management: Master our IP’s identity and what resonates with our target market to effectively engage audiences with the right tone of voice
• Social Media Management: Proficient in utilizing and navigating through all key social media platforms
• Data Analytics: Proficient and knowledgeable in social media optimization apps such as Sprinklr and Emplify to extract and interpret data to be used for effective strategic content development
• Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of HEPMIL’s tone of voice and creative approach, advising the team on content dos and don'ts and maintaining brand consistency across all projects
• Guidance and Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior content strategists on day-to-day tasks, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring content quality

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or social media management, with a proven track record of success in content strategy
• Proficiency with social media and content management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content optimization techniques, and digital content trends
• Prior experience in a creative or media production environment with demonstrated expertise in at least two core creative skills
