Main Responsibilities
- Rolls-out the Group's QHSE policy: monitors the quality of jobs with respect to the safety and the environment, etc.
- Controls the operational activity of all the jobs by allocating and regulating their resources: allocates the jobs, participates in their preparation (administrative and technical), draws up schedules and arbitrates if necessary, etc.
- Guarantees the smooth running of the jobs by ensuring that schedules and budgets are respected: ensures a control in relation to the objectives set, advises the employees if necessary, implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations
- Monitors and analyses the annual operating budget: participates in the preparation of the establishment's budget, monitors monthly results and the order book
- Maintains commercial relations with all those involved in current and future jobs: customers, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.
- Manages the staff: recruits, trains and assesses his/her employees and maintains working relationships to create a social climate conducive to team motivation
