Job Description
- Source and engage difficult-to-reach candidates via creative and non-traditional channels.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of passive talent for critical roles.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and data-backed talent intelligence.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, ensuring a white-glove experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with HRBPs and department leads to anticipate future talent needs and plan proactively.
- Act as a true talent advisor—not just a resume pusher—to stakeholders, guiding hiring strategies for specialized and technical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience in leading a team of Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators
- Ability to collaborate and work well with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders in both local and multicultural environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations
- At least 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the BPO or RPO industry
- Hybrid expertise in both mass hiring and executive recruitment is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
- Operates with a high degree of integrity and can maintain the confidentiality of information
