Your Role:

Senior Quality Analyst is in empowered in initiating program-level projects, and fulfilling primarily special

requests from clients, and mentors Quality Analysts on program and people handling.

Specific Tasks:

• Maintain auditing role.
• Leads special projects and audit requests.
• Maintains regular syncs with QAs to discuss program health.
• Initiates creative ways to help button performers and enrich relationship with agents.
