Summary:

GoTeam is looking for a highly organized, certified Senior Project Manager who will lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all internal projects across departments. This role is not about micromanagement — it's about building clarity, consistency, and cadence across teams using structured tools, methodologies, and meeting standards. You will ensure projects are tracked in Microsoft Project, milestones are achieved on time, and all teams operate under a unified project rhythm based on 2-week Scrum sprints.

About the Job

• Team Size: 15-20 Product and Development Team

Key Duties:

• Project Execution Oversight:
• Own the master project schedule and milestones using Microsoft Project.
• Ensure all project timelines are visible, updated, and aligned with company priorities.
• Monitor risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Agile Sprint Management:
• Lead 2-week Scrum sprint cycles, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive sprint discipline across departments while adjusting plans based on velocity and deliverables.
• Tool Setup & Training:
• Standardize the use of Microsoft Project and related collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Jira, Confluence).
• Train each department on how to run structured meetings and use project tools efficiently.
• Meeting Standards & Facilitation:
• Enforce structured meeting protocols including designated time keepers, note takers, and strict adherence to agendas.
• Facilitate cross-departmental syncs to ensure alignment, accountability, and focus on outcomes.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Provide concise weekly updates on project status, risks, and blockers to senior leadership.
• Document and follow up on action items from all key meetings.
• AI Utilization and Implementation:
• Develop and implement AI solutions, including the creation and deployment of AI agents, to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Qualifications Required:
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in an Agile environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and at least one Agile project tracking tool (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Proven experience driving execution in cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
• Preferred:
• Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) certification.
• Experience training teams on Agile practices and project tools.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Miro, etc.).
