Required: Must have an E2E Project Coordinator experience for at least 2 years;

Assist with and coordinate the delivery of client projects (within agreed timelines, to client specification and within the necessary constraints)

  • Coordinating the project “kick off” stage with the client in order to check the project specification and schedule
  • Checking questionnaires prior to scripting for suitability (and adapting these to online format)
  • Checking screening criteria against project specifications
  • Checking quotas against project specifications
  • Liaising with internal teams or external suppliers to ensure all the timelines of a project are met (e.g. programming, translation, sampling, data processing, quality checking)

May assist in orienting, training, and checking the work of lower level employees.

  • Has personal responsibility for complex administrative and/or technical support.
  • Has latitude to decide the order in which they are to be done.
