Salary: PHP 130,000 - 150,000 (Depending on experience)

Summary (Why This Role Matters)

As a Senior Platform Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product lines. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing and sales). You're not just managing features-- you're building the future.

Key Duties

• Lead cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy.
• Translate business needs into technical product solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more product lines.
• Translate complex problems into clear product requirements and prioritize development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Serve as the product lead in technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Facilitate product launches and monitor performance post-release.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration.
• Mentor junior product team members to foster growth and development.

Skills & Experience (Overview)

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related fields, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Understand APIs, platforms, system design, and data architecture to support decision-making.
• Proven success in launching and scaling digital products end-to-end.
• Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  
  
  

Essential Skills (Tools/Tech)

• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• SQL – Basic querying to get deeper into user/product data (valuable but not always required).
• Jira / Asana / ClickUp / Trello – Task and sprint management (often used with Agile teams).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
