General Responsibilities

• Own the full UI/UX design process from concept to final implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams and other stakeholders.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using modern tools.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and inclusivity standards.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Use data and testing to iterate and improve user experiences.
• Design responsive interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
  
  

Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG), and usability best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for layout, typography, color, and detail.
• Familiarity with design systems and the ability to contribute to and maintain them.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and feedback clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to front-end development (not required to code, but helpful).

• Experience or interest in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 products.
• Strong illustration skills or the ability to create custom visual assets.
• A degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
