Role Overview:
Charged with developing, and executing programmes in support of KA3 segement enhancing merchant relationship, increasing market share, and improving NPS. Will support the ME head for cross-functional activities aligning with company-wide marketing initiatives.
What you will do:
- Develop and Manage Merchant Programs: Create and oversee KA3-specific merchant programs, including rebates, booth setups, and sponsorships.
- Merchant Advocacy: Champion merchants within the segment, integrating them into company-wide campaigns.
- NPS Improvement: Design and implement programs aimed at boosting NPS.
- Budget Management: Oversee Advertising & Promotion (A&P) spend to ensure effective use of resources.
What we are looking for:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Growth, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Preferred Experience: Background in the tech industry is preferred.
- Additional Skills: Marketing experience is a bonus but not required.
