Responsible For

As the Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation and Capture, you will play a pivotal strategic role in driving revenue growth by leading high-impact B2B marketing initiatives that target prospects and clients.

This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can navigate complex market dynamics, align cross-functional teams, and overcome the challenges of competitive landscapes and rapidly evolving customer needs.

Success in this role will come from your ability to shape data-driven, innovative strategies while leading a talented team, optimising multi-channel campaigns, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to deliver measurable business results.

You will be leading a team that focuses on the development, execution, and optimisation of demand generation and customer acquisition strategies to drive business growth and pipeline development.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive demand generation and capture strategies targeting B2B enterprise customers.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, SEM, email, engagements, content, ABM).
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing specialists, fostering their development and ensuring the successful execution of demand generation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and executive teams, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with growth objectives, ensuring seamless lead hand-off.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage the marketing automation and CRM platforms, ensuring efficient lead capture, nurturing, and scoring processes.
  • Oversee content creation efforts for demand generation, including success stories and engagements.
  • Identify and experiment with new channels or tactics to increase demand generation.
  • Manage budget allocation and ROI tracking for all demand generation programs.

  • Expertise in demand generation and B2B marketing strategies. Possesses in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in creating and executing successful demand generation campaigns tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, 6Sense) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to align marketing and sales goals, driving collaboration between teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • High attention to detail and quality control in campaign execution.
  • Agile and adaptable to changing market conditions and technologies.

Key Skills And Capabilities

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation and capture, especially in technology or outsourcing sectors.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and ABM.
  • Strong knowledge of lead nurturing, scoring, and marketing funnel management.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI) and campaign performance metrics.
  • Exceptional content development and storytelling skills to engage target audiences.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimise marketing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting strategies and results to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and conversion rate optimisation techniques.

Qualifications And Typical Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, data, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in demand generation, preferably within B2B technology or services sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through demand generation campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing and developing small teams, with a focus on performance, professional growth, and collaborative success.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and align with cross-functional stakeholders to drive cohesive marketing strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Previous experience in the technology or business process outsourcing industry is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of sales pipelines and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth companies or industries.
