- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is required for this position as it ensures foundational knowledge essential for success.
- A minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles within the medical device or medical device distribution industry demonstrates your depth of expertise.
- At least 7 years’ experience in a leadership capacity highlights your ability to guide teams towards shared objectives while fostering professional development.
