RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team coherence including process management, resource planning, and capacity build-up
  • Target setting, measurement, and reporting
  • Program management (design, communication, administration, and enhancements)
  • Comprehensive business analytics and KPI reporting, bridging sales and operations performance, driving action planning and data-driven decision making
  • Other functions related to sales operations and support

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years relevant work experience involving:
    • Working closely across all levels of the organization, functions, and countries
    • Managing teams with broad set of responsibilities
    • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and deliverables within expected timelines and accuracy, and prioritize tasks accordingly
    • Designing and implementing sales and operations processes, tools, and applications
    • Continuous improvement initiatives
    • Analytics and action planning
