The Ideal Candidate
This role will contribute to and support the delivery of a cohesive talent strategy and vision for the team, develop many of the key building blocks, and continue to iterate and evolve our talent practices over time, partnering closely with key leaders in the org. The Senior HRBP role will play a role in organization design, compensation, employee development, talent density, inclusion, and much more as we scale our business. The right person for this role must have a passion for the business and be driven to accomplish and meet objectives. This position is responsible for providing wise counsel (not HR best practices for HR sake) to the business and successfully influencing and supporting strategies to meet our business objectives. They will embody our culture through their behavior and interactions and be willing to invite and promote constructive feedback and help create an inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities
- Exceptional at leading the implementation of strategic talent initiatives across a variety of disciplines: culture building, organizational development, talent management, and inclusion and diversity. You are interested and experienced in thinking strategically while having a proven ability and interest in hands-on work and execution.

- Adept at exploring and analyzing data to identify insights and opportunities for business impact, using data to drive business decisions and tell a compelling story that influences stakeholders.
- A self-starter who is comfortable in both the details and strategy, demonstrating curiosity about the business and organization overall with a desire to uplevel the partnership with the teams they support.
- A great communicator who can share context effectively and bring clarity to messages.
- Minimum of 12 years on progressive human resources experience working in dynamic environments, must have robust HR Business Partner experience and proven ability and interest to be hands-on. .
- A background or knowledge in the shared service industry and ability to lead the team is also a plus.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable talent solutions.
- Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills - especially with senior leaders.
- Track record of thriving in a high-performance culture with strong resilience.
- Proven coaching, communication, and leadership skills, setting an example of excellence.
- Analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
- Expertise in change management, capable of navigating complex and ambiguous situations.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience in working within a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Good understanding and experience in Philippines Labor Law
- Fluency in English is required
