In This Role, You Will

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for a fast-paced BPO tech environment

Partner with leaders to shape workforce plans and people strategies

Build a strong recruitment team and improve hiring processes

Support employee engagement, development, and performance management

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role covering both recruitment and HR business partnering
  • Proven track record managing high-volume recruitment in a BPO and/or technology-driven organization
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and people strategy
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
  • Experience building and leading recruitment teams, including setting targets and measuring performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR and recruitment metrics for decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
