Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role covering both recruitment and HR business partnering
- Proven track record managing high-volume recruitment in a BPO and/or technology-driven organization
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and people strategy
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
- Experience building and leading recruitment teams, including setting targets and measuring performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR and recruitment metrics for decision-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
