What You'll Do
Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to achieve occupancy targets
Conduct property tours and present leasing proposals to prospective tenants
Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and rental rates
Manage tenant relationships and resolve leasing-related issues
Analyze market trends and competitive pricing strategies
Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate tenant records
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in property leasing or real estate management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
Proven track record of meeting occupancy and revenue goals
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
