Responsibilities

Job Description

Below are some of the responsibilities which you will have as a senor invoicing administrator:

  • Issue accurate invoices for each of the different businesses on a timely manner
  • Ensure proper and accurate recording transactions in our financial systems
  • To deal with queries effectively from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Credit Controller, and the wider finance team.
  • Provide day-to-day support and assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for the external auditors
  • Assist in any ad hoc task as directed from time to time
  • Supporting with the training and development of more junior members of the team

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

Education And Qualifications

  • Degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or Management Accounting.

Work Experience

  • Work experience in a similar role with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Other Skills And Experience

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the wider team
  • Strong MS excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
