We are currently looking for a Senior Insights Analyst that provide to all of our clients with high-quality and insightful media analysis and research. To build and maintain solid client relationships by demonstrating strong industry knowledge.
Job Description/Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the insights and analysis function for key accounts and projects.
-Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
-Manage and analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
-Develop and deliver actionable insights and reports to clients.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for client projects.
-Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and insights.
-Oversee the development and implementation of data analysis projects.
-Define project objectives and deliverables.
-Manage project timelines and resources.
-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
-Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
-Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
-Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts.
-Guide and support junior analysts in their professional development.
-Provide feedback and constructive criticism to help improve their analysis and reporting skills.
-Ensure high quality and consistent outputs from the team.
-Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies.
-Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
-Suggest and implement enhancements to existing analysis frameworks.
-Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies in the field of data analysis.
-Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mass Communication, Journalism, Broadcast Communication, Research, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Media, or any related courses.).
-Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis and insights role.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in data analysis software and tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, R, Python).
-Experience working with large data sets and using statistical analysis techniques.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
-Knowledge of market research methodologies and industry trends.
-Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Preferred qualifications:
-Experience in media monitoring or analysis industry.
-Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
