About the role

Join HFI (Health & Finance Integrated) as a senior, home-based Implementations Officer. You’ll turn financial advice into completed actions, speak clearly with Australian clients, and keep records clean and audit-ready. Generous base + bonus and a ₱50,000 new starter hiring bonus (terms apply).

What you’ll do

• Set up investment/retirement (superannuation = AU retirement fund) accounts
• Process contributions (money in), withdrawals (money out), rollovers, switches
• Prepare/fix forms, manage e-sign, and follow up with banks/platforms until done
• Keep accurate notes/files/status in Plutosoft (or similar advice software)
• Provide clear, friendly updates to advisers and Australian clients via email/phone/Zoom
• Ensure quality: checklist compliance, correct data, on-time delivery (first-time-right)
• General admin support: inbox triage, task routing, templates, tidy file naming
• Suggest improvements to workflows/automation (Zoho Suite experience is a plus)

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in investment/retirement/wealth operations or client service
• Proven client-facing experience (voice + email), ideally with AU/UK/US clients
• Excellent English: concise, professional, easy to understand
• Tech-savvy: spreadsheets, PDFs, portals; Plutosoft or similar CRM; Zoho Suite a plus
• High attention to detail, ownership, and calm under deadlines
• Reliable home setup (stable internet and quiet workspace)
