We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational growth, and fostering a culture of excellence.

This is a full-time role, Night Shift, and on a Work in Office (WIO- Cebu office) set-up.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Expertise

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of HR principles, policies, and processes to align human capital strategies with business goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure HR initiatives are current and compliant.


Employee Relations

  • Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.


Talent Enablement and Development

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.


PROBLEM-SOLVING

Conflict Resolution

  • Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and fair manner, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to identify root causes of conflicts and implement proactive measures to prevent re-occurrence.


Change Management

  • Lead and facilitate HR initiatives during organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to employee morale and productivity.
  • Guide change management strategies and communication plans to facilitate effective implementation.


Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies based on data insights to enhance workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.


ACCOUNTABILITY

HR Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate legal risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR processes are aligned with compliance requirements.


Business Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with client leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, providing HR solutions that support the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering strategic insights and guidance on workforce planning and organizational development.


Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, guiding leadership on performance improvement plans and recognition programs.
  • Track and report key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strategic Thinking-Proven ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership and Collaboration-Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and Resilience-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Resilience and flexibility in handling challenges and ambiguity.
  • Regulatory Knowledge-In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience navigating complex employment issues.

  • Strong project management skills.
