Duties And Responsibilities

Provide high quality analytical, reporting, HSE systems and general administration support to the Group HSE & HRC team operational divisions.

• Execute analysis & produce recurring monthly HSE statistical reports:
• Group safety performance reports.
• Divisional safety performance reports.
• Papers for Executive HSE committee
• HSE monthly report for Monadelphous Group.
• Execute ad hoc HSE analysis based on customer requests.
• Analyze statistics & reports for accuracy. Identify errors, root causes & troubleshoot.
• Continuously improve the accuracy & automation of HSE statistical reporting.
• Administer the Cintellate management system. Address user queries, & manage system changes as required.
• Undertake data reporting to meet National Greenhouse Energy Reporting obligations
  

Qualifications

• Qualified by experience in a previous HSE analysis, reporting, and/or system administration role.
• Tertiary degree in health, safety, environment or equivalent desirable.
• Additional desirable capabilities include Payroll experience, handling Workers Compensation administration and Accounts Payable activities.
• Advanced computer skills - MS Office Suite. Particularly MS Excel & the ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Experienced user of HSE data systems - Cintellate in particular, or equivalent.
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to prepare concise HSE reports.
• Very competent and confident written and verbal communication (English).
• Ability to work as part of team and seek assistance as required.
• Ability to self-manage to ensure that work is completed efficiently, and
• Ability to build productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction.
