Provide high quality analytical, reporting, HSE systems and general administration support to the Group HSE & HRC team operational divisions.
- Execute analysis & produce recurring monthly HSE statistical reports:
- Group safety performance reports.
- Divisional safety performance reports.
- Papers for Executive HSE committee
- HSE monthly report for Monadelphous Group.
- Execute ad hoc HSE analysis based on customer requests.
- Analyze statistics & reports for accuracy. Identify errors, root causes & troubleshoot.
- Continuously improve the accuracy & automation of HSE statistical reporting.
- Administer the Cintellate management system. Address user queries, & manage system changes as required.
- Undertake data reporting to meet National Greenhouse Energy Reporting obligations
- Qualified by experience in a previous HSE analysis, reporting, and/or system administration role.
- Tertiary degree in health, safety, environment or equivalent desirable.
- Additional desirable capabilities include Payroll experience, handling Workers Compensation administration and Accounts Payable activities.
- Advanced computer skills - MS Office Suite. Particularly MS Excel & the ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Experienced user of HSE data systems - Cintellate in particular, or equivalent.
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to prepare concise HSE reports.
- Very competent and confident written and verbal communication (English).
- Ability to work as part of team and seek assistance as required.
- Ability to self-manage to ensure that work is completed efficiently, and
- Ability to build productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction.
