Your Role

As a Sr. HSE Admin, you will

• Execute analysis & produce recurring monthly HSE statistical Reports:
• Execute ad hoc HSE analysis based on customer requests.
• Analyze statistics & reports for accuracy. Identify errors, root causes & troubleshoot.
• Continuously improve the accuracy & automation of HSE statistical reporting.
• Administer the Cintellate management system. Address user queries, & manage system changes as required.
• Undertake data reporting to meet National Greenhouse Energy
• Reporting obligations.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Qualified by experience in a previous HSE analysis, reporting, and/or system administration role.
• Tertiary degree in health, safety, environment or equivalent desirable.
• Additional desirable capabilities include Payroll experience, handling Workers Compensation administration and Accounts
• Payable activities.
• Advanced computer skills - MS Office Suite. Particularly MS Excel & the ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Experienced user of HSE data systems - Cintellate in particular, or equivalent.
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to prepare concise HSE reports
• Very competent and confident written and verbal communication (English).
• Ability to work as part of a team and seek assistance as required.
• Ability to self-manage to ensure that work is completed efficiently, and deadlines are met.
• Ability to build productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction
