What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years ingrowth, performance marketing, or acquisition rolesinB2C/B2SMB SaaS.
- 5–7 years insenior-level leadership, with a track record of strategic impact.
- Proven success in growing paid subscribers and optimizing CAC.
- Expert in digital marketing, growth tools, analytics platforms (e.g.,Salesforce, Looker, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle: acquisition → onboarding → retention → expansion.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics tools.
- Team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Strong communicator; able to present insights, pitch ideas, and drive alignment.
- Proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
