GOTEAM is currently in search of a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring their creative expertise and InDesign skills to our team. Our partner client is a leader in the audiobook publishing industry, specializing in the creation and distribution of various audiobooks.

About The Job

Key Duties

• Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for various visual content formats, including video, animation, and flat lay, ensuring they are optimized for different social media platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and requirements of each social media platform to create designs that resonate with the target audience and attract consumers effectively.
• Create templates from scratch for graphics and animation work across all applications, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and independence in design creation.
• Provide creative direction and ideation aligned with the company's brand guidelines, taking the lead in conceptualizing and executing design projects without solely relying on design briefs or specific drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and provide innovative design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Create and manage designs for audiobook catalogs, order forms, banners for the shop, front cover mock-ups, jacket designs, and sales kits.
  
  
  

Skills And Experience

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video, animation, and flat-lay design across social media platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a mid to senior-level graphic design role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and other relevant software for creating high-quality visual content.
• In-depth knowledge of the design requirements and best practices for different social media platforms, including IG, FB, LinkedIn, Threads, and TikTok.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-lead and drive the creative direction of projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts, lead discussions, and present ideas effectively.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs within specified timelines.
