Job Description
About the role:
- Manage their own workload and deliveries
- Manage their own client relationships with fee earners and brokers
- Lead independent project efforts with 1 or more junior team members
- Mentor junior level team members on new and existing processes and technology
- Assign work to junior level team members
- 5-7 years of GIS related experience
- Experience in using ArcPro and ArcMap is a plus
- Commercial Real Estate experience is a must
- Ability to mentor junior level team members on all above developed process and technology changes
- Methodically able to evaluate new products and processes for team growth and develop a business case for proposition to executive leadership.
