TalentPop is expanding rapidly, and we’re searching for a Senior Financial & Workforce Planning Analyst who can bring structure, insight, and strategic direction to our scaling operations. You will be at the center of connecting people, performance, and financial outcomes—ensuring our growth is both healthy and sustainable.

- Design and refine workforce planning frameworks to guide internal headcount growth.
- Build forecast models linking hiring demand, utilization, and financial performance.
- Translate recruitment trends into actionable revenue and staffing projections.
- Own company-wide expense tracking and partner with leaders to optimize spending.
- Support executive leadership in budgeting, reforecasting, and scenario planning.
- 5+ years in a financial planning, FP&A, workforce planning, or analytical role.
- Strong familiarity with core accounting processes and IFRS/U.S. GAAP.
- Expertise in building dynamic forecasting models that incorporate operational variables.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience working in outsourcing or fast-paced recruitment environments is a plus.
