What You'll Do

As Senior Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding the organisation’s financial health through rigorous analysis, strategic insight, and steadfast governance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you partnering with senior leadership to deliver timely reporting and actionable insights that drive both creative ventures and commercial outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with the Finance Director to manage monthly reporting processes, analysing and reviewing comprehensive financial data including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare regular financial analyses and reports that support informed business decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
• Oversee the timely closing of accounts each month, ensuring accurate submission of forecasts, budgets, and other critical reports to corporate stakeholders.
• Develop detailed presentations and analyses for management review, including support for deal or project evaluations as required.
• Coordinate statutory financial statement preparation and liaise with third parties for tax preparation, audits, and other essential financial needs.
• Supervise adherence to internal controls by overseeing compliance with company policies, IFRS standards, local accounting regulations, and government requirements.
• Manage tax compliance activities such as VAT filings, corporate income tax submissions, statutory filings, and support during tax audits or internal reviews.
• Strengthen internal controls by implementing process improvements and conducting periodic testing to ensure ongoing effectiveness of compliance programmes.
• Support commercial negotiations and business expansion initiatives by providing insightful financial analysis and risk assessments to leadership teams.
• Deliver financial training and mentorship to business units to enhance overall financial literacy and accountability throughout the organisation.
  
  

What You Bring

To excel as Senior Finance Manager in this prestigious setting, you will bring extensive experience from multinational organisations where you have managed complex reporting cycles and ensured strict adherence to regulatory frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or related field is required; additional qualifications such as CPA, CFA or MBA are highly regarded.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Financial Business Partnering (FBP), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controllership or Finance Management roles within multinational environments is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling techniques as well as forecasting methodologies that inform strategic decision-making.
• Comprehensive understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local tax regulations, statutory compliance requirements and best practices in corporate governance.
• Proven track record managing audits (internal/external), tax compliance processes (including VAT/corporate income tax) and preparing statutory financial statements.
• Experience using advanced financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion or similar enterprise resource planning tools is preferred.
• High level of integrity combined with strong ethical standards when handling sensitive information or confidential matters.
