Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA is a big plus.
- 4+ years of professional external audit experience.
- At least 1 year of people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and review the work of junior team members.
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and English communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Can start immediately if possible.
