Why this role exists
We're seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support our client in managing their demanding schedule, extensive travel arrangements, and partnership initiatives. This role is critical for allowing our client to focus on strategic partnerships while ensuring all administrative and operational aspects are handled efficiently and proactively.

The Impact you’ll make

Email & Priority Management

• Manage and prioritize high-volume inbox


• Flag and highlight critical communications


• Ensure timely responses to important matters

Calendar & Travel Coordination

• Manage complex scheduling and prevent overlaps


• Coordinate extensive travel arrangements


• Process and organize expense reports


• Maintain efficient calendar management

Partnership Research & Preparation

• Research potential partners and companies


• Prepare 1-2 paragraph briefings about partners


• Create comprehensive meeting materials


• Gather and organize background information

Administrative Leadership

• Handle day-to-day communication via Slack


• Maintain organized documentation in Google Docs


• Provide high-level administrative support

Measure of Success

• Keeping the client on top of their day


• Zero scheduling conflicts


• Timely and thorough meeting preparations


• Efficient email and calendar management

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Significant background in corporate or investment sectors


• Previous executive assistant experience is required


• Strong experience in complex calendar management


• Background in research and information synthesis


• Proven track record of supporting senior executives

What to expect...


Work Setup:

• Remote position


• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)


• 40 hours a week

Compensation:

• $7 per hour
