The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the areas listed below and should be capable of managing and working closely with freelancers and team members when more thorough expertise is required. This role requires someone with experience in managing and hiring large teams as we plan for significant growth. Initially, you will work independently to set up processes and SOPs, and then manage teams across various projects.
