Your Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Website Management
- Maintain, update, and optimize the company website to ensure accuracy, engagement, and performance.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Coordinate and run targeted social media campaigns across various platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Design, schedule, and manage engaging posts and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Draft, update, and design capability statements and marketing materials to support business development.
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and project profiles from concept to final product.
- Write and edit high-quality content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent adherence to the brand voice.
- Provide data-driven insights into marketing strategy performance.
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate campaign results and marketing effectiveness to senior management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.
- Manage internal document versioning, approval processes, and storage protocols to ensure organization and compliance.
- Support internal branding efforts through clear and professional internal documents and communications.
- Ensure consistency across all documentation and visual content in line with the company’s guidelines.
- Edit and enhance images for digital and print use, including social media, website content, and internal publications.
- Use internal tools to maintain visual standards that reflect the company’s branding.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Proven experience with SEO tools, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and social media management tools.
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.
- Experience in creating and managing capability statements and business proposals.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in marketing data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with document control systems or processes is highly regarded.
