As a Senior Creative Designer in 2X, you will take a lead role in crafting high-quality B2B digital marketing assets and campaign materials , and more . You will be overseeing a team on the development of creative concepts and ensuring that design solutions align with client goals and brand standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing strategic guidance on design initiatives while mentoring associate designers.
Responsibilities
- Brand Integration: Develop and execute design concepts for campaigns that effectively communicate and enhance our clients' brands.
- Design Adaptation: Understand client requirements to create elegant , detailed , accessible marketing materials tailored to the target audience while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Partnership and Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as a trusted partner to directors, principals, and senior managers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( such as content, marketing, data) to gather requirements and define design objectives aligned with project goals.
- Client Management: Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
- People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills. Foster a positive, collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Deliverables:
- Manage and p rovide design solutions for sales and digital marketing materials, including account-based marketing (ABM) and demand-generation campaigns.
- Lead strategic assessment and execute high-quality digital marketing collaterals, including white papers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, sales enablement documents, and promotional social media posts to support email marketing and digital campaigns.
- PowerPoint creation and beautification.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital projects, particularly print or paper layout design.
- Experience in managing and guiding a team of junior designers , with a strong grasp of design principles and the creative development process.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (including but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (including but not limited to PowerPoint and Word), or equivalent tools.
- Ability to present design concept visualizations through various mediums .
- Capability to integrate technical and visual solutions into design concepts.
- Strong sense of design, including layout, typography, and color harmony.
- In-depth understanding of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with impeccable attention to detail and design sensibility.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
