Senior Corporate Tax Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Tax Analyst to join our team and contribute to our financial success by ensuring compliance with tax regulations and creating efficiencies that support the AMCS Group’s goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with local tax advisors to prepare corporate tax returns for various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Ensure alignment with the transfer pricing policies of the group by analysing payroll reports, overseeing journal entries and updating relevant documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of annual tax provisions and related documentation to support financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure the timely and accurate execution of tax-related initiatives.
• Maintain organised tax documentation and support audits by providing required documentation and information to the audit committee.
• Pull supporting financial information to facilitate successful grant applications, enhancing funding opportunities.
• Efficiently manage professional fees to ensure cost-effectiveness and support budgetary goals.
• Support the tax team with ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed, contributing to overall team efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CTA) preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate tax analysis and compliance.
• Experience with transfer pricing in a global multinational is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
