Directly reporting to the Events Manager, the Senior Events Coordinator will take the lead in organizing and overseeing a wide range of events and activities aimed at strengthening brand awareness and fostering a collaborative environment. This role will involve developing and executing creative concepts, campaigns, and strategies from inception through to completion. The Senior Events Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, analyze employee feedback, and ensure the seamless execution of events aligned with the organization's goals and values.

This role will involve developing and executing creative concepts, campaigns, and strategies from inception through to completion. The Senior Events Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, analyze employee feedback, and ensure the seamless execution of events aligned with the organization's goals and values.
Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee engagement activities. Develops creative concept and campaigns from planning to completion stage to strengthen brand awareness.
- Assist in formulating comprehensive event and activity strategy aligned with the organization's goals and values
- Conduct survey and FGD and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and design targeted initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of planned activities. Builds collaborative relationships with other functions, operations, and stakeholders to gather information, feedback and earn support
- Monitor the effectiveness of event initiatives by measuring key performance indicators and employee satisfaction metrics. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Lead and recruit volunteers to enhance events and activities
- Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with site stakeholders to share upcoming events, status updates, etc.
- Considers the costs of planned programs and showcases creativity by working within budget.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in events execution
- Proficient in MS Office application
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of events management
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree
- Strong presentation skills
- Great organizational skills with excellent planning a nd coordination skills
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and clients centered environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Must the able to work a flexible schedule as the business demands (nights, weekends and holidays if needed)
