The Senior Buyer - Construction Will Support The Category Manager By Contributing To The Category Sourcing Strategies And Ensuring Alignment With The Jollibee Group's Procurement Policies And Procedures. This Includes
- Collaborates with stakeholders to identify requirements and execute category plans.
- Optimizes the supply base by leveraging market insights and applying strategic analysis.
- Manages the full supplier lifecycle: accreditation, onboarding, performance evaluation, and phase-out.
- Ensures local sourcing practices align with overarching procurement policies.
- Recommends and supports process improvements in collaboration with procurement leadership, ensuring effective on-site implementation.
- Partners with Global Procurement teams and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and value creation.
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or similar courses.
- Possesses at least two (2) years of professional experience in construction procurement, with exposure to the food value chain.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in construction procurement, particularly in bidding and awarding of projects.
- Familiar with category management and operational or engineering environments, with a strong understanding of procurement processes.
- Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills, complemented by solid project management and analytical capabilities.
- Certifications or affiliations in procurement and supply chain are considered an advantage.
- Willing to travel both domestically and internationally as required by the role.
- Open to a hybrid work setup based in Ortigas, Pasig.
