Job Role: Senior Business IT Analyst

Location: Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and drive the implementation of new customers and systems
• Work with operation closely to identify and implement IT solutions
• Contribute to digital transformation efforts and help develop new initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Document and support the implementation of business processes
• Create technical documents, including business requirement documents and process maps
• Preparation of functional business specifications for development
• System configuration and setup
• Conduct functional unit testing for the development of Functional Business Requirement
• Develop reporting tools and key performance indicators (KPI) to provide visibility into business trends
• Testing and implement new functions
• Provide training on systems and processes
• Provide hyper care during go live
• Responsible for daily IT operation & system support
• Manage and troubleshoot problems/incidents promptly following established procedures
• Support disaster recovery rehearsal, cycle count, warehouse migration and peak volume
  
  

Qualifications:

• Ability to write and execute basic SQL statements
• Strong analytical skills
• Customer-focused with effective communication skills
• A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a positive “can-do” attitude
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
