Job Title: Senior Billing Specialist (US)
Work Setup & Schedule:
- Hybrid (3PM to 12MN)
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with requesting software subscription engagements to be opened in Maconomy for clients who have CAS software subscription charges that need to be billed to WIP
- Assist with researching missing information required in the billing template submission and entering that information into the template
- Assist with researching any billing submissions that are rejected by Maconomy to determine how to bill through to client
- Understanding the pricing for each software solution as well as the different pricing options available for each software solution
What will make you a great fit:
- Graduate of any 4 year Business degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be highly detail orientated, organized and thorough
- Able to resolve issues in a collaborative manner with internal teams
- Familiarity with, or ability to learn how to use Maconomy to research clients and engagement numbers
- General understanding of accounts payable processes
- Ability to research billing questions and respond promptly and professionally to Client Associates with a resolution.
- Ability to multitask and manage large volumes of information and as well as manage the queue of billing questions each month
- Available to start ASAP
