You will coach and support your colleagues to achieve maximum performance and at the same time ensure that agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team. You will contribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the region and relevant parts of the global organization.
The responsibilities of this position will be:
- Responsible for Entity Supervision (e.g., first point of contact) and Compliance for defined entities
- Ensure the delivery of quality services to the entities in line with Service Level Agreements and the Epiroc Way as well as business requirements
- Responsible for review and prioritize upcoming tasks for the team with the Team Manager on weekly basis - Coordinate day to day activities of the team
- Ensure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team
- Participate in projects for the Regional Center of Excellence Team
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working and participate in Process Community
- Lead collaboration with Business Controller and PtP/OtC Specialist (First Point of Contact)
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is required, as well as proven extensive knowledge in IFRS
- Solid accounting and finance experience, ideally within multinational companies
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), and ERP systems like M3 or SAP is essential
