We're Hiring: Senior Accounting Analyst!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience in financial reporting to support our organization's financial health and compliance.

Location: Mandaluyong, Philippines

Role: Senior Accounting Analyst

What You'll Do

• Review / supervise the company’s invoicing, collections, A/R, A/P, and book keeping. Previous AR and bookkeeping a must, A/P experience preferred, not required
• Record journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, fixed assets depreciation schedules assistance, budget tracking / preparation
• Management of support staff, enforcing accounting and standard operating procedures to ensure processes are followed and deadlines are met
• Maintain vendor relationships
• Troubleshoot accounting system or operations issues as needed
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Good to excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
