What You'll Do
- Review / supervise the company’s invoicing, collections, A/R, A/P, and book keeping. Previous AR and bookkeeping a must, A/P experience preferred, not required
- Record journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, fixed assets depreciation schedules assistance, budget tracking / preparation
- Management of support staff, enforcing accounting and standard operating procedures to ensure processes are followed and deadlines are met
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Troubleshoot accounting system or operations issues as needed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
